How the monthly total rounds before invoicing
How the invoice is calculated:
Monthly basis — contracted days = days_in_month × (days_per_week ÷ 7); day rate = monthly_rate ÷ contracted_days
Annual basis — contracted days = days_in_year × (days_per_week ÷ 7); day rate = (monthly_rate × 12) ÷ contracted_days
Net = rounded_total × day_rate  ·  Gross = net × (1 + VAT)

Each month snapshots these settings when first saved, so changing the rate here won't alter historic invoices. Marking a month as invoiced also freezes its day rate basis permanently.

This tool requires Chrome or Edge on desktop

It uses the File System Access API to save directly to your OneDrive-synced data file. That API is only available in:

  • Chrome (desktop)
  • Edge (desktop)
  • Other Chromium-based desktop browsers (Brave, Opera, etc.)

Firefox, Safari, and all mobile browsers are not supported.
