How the monthly total rounds before invoicing
How the invoice is calculated:
Hours are converted to days at the standard day, then billed at a fixed annual day rate:
days = hours_logged ÷ hours_per_day (then rounded per the rounding mode)
contracted days = days_in_year × (days_per_week ÷ 7)
day rate = (monthly_rate × 12) ÷ contracted_days — the same every month, whatever its length
Net = rounded_total × day_rate  ·  Gross = net × (1 + VAT)

A month follows these settings until you mark it invoiced. Marking it invoiced freezes them for that month, so later changes never alter an invoice you have already sent.

It uses the File System Access API to save directly to your OneDrive-synced data file. That API is only available in:

  • Chrome (desktop)
  • Edge (desktop)
  • Other Chromium-based desktop browsers (Brave, Opera, etc.)

Firefox, Safari, and all mobile browsers are not supported.
